This was a complex painting to do. It was the green fungus on the old rotting log that initially caught my attention. Fall leaves had blow into a pile in its cradling arc resulting in so many colors and textures. The more I looked the more I saw and as soon as I thought I had seen it completely something new would spring to my attention.
