A delightful tangle of ferns in fall embracing one red oak leaf. This photograph does not do justice to the richness of color in the painting. I love complex compositions such as this wherein I am challenged to capture the depth and beauty. A lot of my work relates to scenes that I think most people would overlook but there is so much here that should be seen and appreciated.
